Tuesday night 06/07/2005 & Wednesday 06/08/2005 is Juma’ada-al-Awwal 1, 1426 – The Chicago Hilal Team would like to welcome the month of Juma’ada al-Awwal. Based on deliberations that confirmed moon sighting, Rabi al-Thani ended with 29 days and Juma’ada al-Awwal began on Tuesday, the 7th of June at Maghrib (sunset). Sightings were reported and authenticated from both CA and AZ. Thus, the Chicago Hilal Team would like to welcome the month of Juma’ada-al-Awwal.
