Shawwal 1st 1445 [Eid-ul-Fitr] will be Wednesday, April 10th. The Chicago Hilal Committee has received and confirmed multiple positive sightings from our contacts within our accepted moon sighting area (مطلع -matla):
- Caribbean Islands (Trinidad, Guyana, & Barbados)
Therefore, Ramadan will complete a 29-day cycle.
