Jumaada al-Awwal 1, 1438 will be Monday, January 30th, 2017. There were no authentic sightings confirmed on Saturday, January 28th (Rabi al-Thani 29, 1438) As such, Rabi al-Thani will complete its cycle of 30 days and Jumaada al-Awwal will begin at Maghrib on Sunday, January 29, 2017. The 1st of Jumaada al-Awwal 1438 will be on Monday, January 30th, 2017.
