Rabi al-Thani 1, 1444 will be Thursday, October 27th. We did not receive any positive reports of the moon being sighted on Tuesday, October 25th (Rabi al-Awwal 29, 1444). As such, Rabi al-Awwal will complete its cycle of 30 days and Rabi al-Thani begins at Maghrib on Wednesday, October, 26th, 2022, inshaAllah.
The Chicago Hilal Committee will meet next month on Thursday, November 24th (Rabi al-Thani 29, 1444) to determine the start of Jumada al-Ūla, 1444, insha’Allah.
